Lion Salt Works Returns Policy

The Lion Salt Works Trust aims for each and every customer to be delighted with their order.

If a customer wishes to return an item for any reason (unless it is a bespoke commission piece of pottery), they are to contact the Trust at sales@lionsaltworkstrust.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the good. Please send a photograph if possible highlighting the reason for your complaint.

If it appears upon inspection of photographs that the good is faulty or deficient, customers will receive a full refund (including reasonable return costs) within 30 days. Items must be returned as soon as possible in the same condition as they were received. The Lion Salt Works Trust cannot provide a refund if the goods break during return shipping. Please pack them as well as they were delivered to you.

If items have been specially commissioned, returns will be at the discretion of the Lion Salt Works Trust as goods made to the customer’s own specification cannot necessarily be sold on. If the Lion Salt Works Trust agrees with the goods being returned, return costs for these items will be at the customer’s expense.

Customers’ rights to return goods are protected under the EU Directive about Distance Selling, which can be found at www.hmso.gov.uk.
